Booking Your Drawbridge Home Check Days

Please review the following two options for your home check request, and then fill out the form below. Note: You can request to have certain procedures omitted from a package, by request.

Packages

The Sentry

includes:
– A signed copy of the checklist for insurance purposes
– Full interior home check
– Open/Close curtains
– Random interior light activations
– Flush toilets/run water every two weeks to prevent P-trap dry-out
– Check Fridge/Freezers
– Check windows/outside doors
– Check furnace/hot water tank
– Check mail (includes packages left at your door)
– Visual check of smoke alarm (are any installed)

The Paladin

includes all services listed with The Sentry, and:
– Check exterior downspouts for problems
– Check yard area for anything out of place
– Check exterior for signs of break-ins or weather damage
– All cat care needs
– Deactivate your garage doors to prevent break-in attempts (reactivated on final visit if need be)
– Water plants
– Roll in/out waste bins
– Alarm response contact person
– Thermostat adjusted according to your schedule

Add-ons:
– Snow removal as needed (fall/winter/spring)
– Lawncare as needed (summer)
– Basic refrigerator restock (custom to your needs)
– Cleaning service as needed (we will not be present for this service)
